Very simple to setup and get going. Filled up the small square with distilled water and haven't touched it since. Cigars light and burn perfect on 65/65.
Great humidor. I especially the temperature and humidity digital read out right on the face of the unit. And it having to use a separate container for the distilled water.

To finally find a fairly affordable electric humidor unit that resolves ALL requirements for properly storing cigars is so overdue. Not only the perfect environmental conditions of humidity, temperature, and total interior air circulation - but a perfect seal to maintain it. Digital readouts of humidity (3a% tol) and temperature are very obvious via LED panel, along with settings control. Internal lighting is also nice for viewing the contents through the glass, without opening the door.
Suggested changes:
1. allow dimming of blue LED indicator panel. It is far too bright for its illumination in a bedroom.
2. Use a drawer like the bottom one also to teplace the top 2 shelves. The shelves have no sides - which could allow cigars to roll off during the removal/insertion of the shelves.
3. Tighten humidity accuracy tolerance to 3% on ALL units (not just the Pro models). This is the main feature of this system! Make it accurate.
All else is a regreshing leap forward in technology that far exceeds our great grandfathers wooden boxes with high maintence wicking devices and analog compass-style humidity guages that required seasonal calibration with salt.
I only wish the larger unit had been in stock when I bought mine. I guess they were still on the slow noat from China.
