NO-23-TH3 Cigar Humidor, 23L Thermostatic Humidity Control

Let me preface this review by saying I've only been using this for just over a week. If something changes I'll update my review. This humidor works very well. The temperature doesn't vary more than a couple of degrees fahrenheit and the humidity remains pretty consistent using 72% humidity control packs. The temperature and humidity display is very accurate.

I have been evaluating this humidor for NEEDONE a few weeks now and I am pleased to report that I have been thrilled with the performance! Upon arrival, I unpacked the unit and got it set up. Everything is fully assembled and ready to go. Plug and play. The hardest part was deciding where it would live! This model is tall, too large to be a countertop model if you have cabinets overhead, so plan on having some floor space if you go with this model or the larger one. After unboxing, I set the temperature to 70 degrees and decided to see how long it would take to get the humidor seasoned using only distilled water. A water tray is provided if you prefer to use this method. I typically us 69% Humidity Control Packs in my desktop humidor and although that and my sticks are well seasoned, I wanted to overshoot my humidity a bit before loading the new humidor. After about 5 days the humidor was up to 72% humidity. The included hygrometer's measurements were spot on when compared with my calibrated digital hygrometer. Once up to humidity I threw in a couple boxes of sticks, topped off the distilled water, and tossed in a few 69% Humidity Control Packs. The next morning the humidity had stabilized to 69%. I have been monitoring the temperature and humidity three or four times a day for a couple of weeks now and both measurements have remained rock solid with no fluctuation! The unit is whisper quiet. So quiet that I was initially concerned it may not be functioning! I can't even tell when it's running unless I am right on top of it. On top of that, the unit is very sleek and attractive. It will look like it belongs wherever you choose to put it. The glass door seals precisely and provides adequate protection while allowing you to easily monitor humidity and gaze upon your collection. While I have not had any issue with the product that required support, I must say that I have been in communication with NEEDONE since receiving the product. The communication has been friendly, kind, and supportive. If this is any indication, I am certain they're providing top notch customer support as well!

As a cigar smoker and collector of many years, I am not new to the world of cigars. The unit is whisper quiet and holds and maintains both temp and humidity very, very well. The seal around the door is top notch and performs better than my desktop humidors. In terms of space, you get 2 Spanish cedar shelves and a pull out drawer so there’s many different ways to optimize the space for your collection. Overall, I’m very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into the world of cigars. I would definitely recommend getting the larger size because you will outgrow this unit before you know it. The only real complaint I have is that the unit needed to be aired out for a few days because of the factory smell. I left the unit open and let the Spanish cedar shelves and drawer air out and in a matter of a few days, the smell was gone - be sure to do this before storing your collection in the humidor.

Amazing cigar humidor that keeps perfect temperature and humidity, and tight seal allows for the needed humidity for any type of cigar. Shelves hold boxes and singles of some of my favorite sticks. Sleek design and just the right size. Highly recommend this product!
